It is so easy to lose ourselves amid the chaos of life and to lose a sense of who we are. We get engulfed by family responsibilities, caring for others, being the bread winner and/or volatile situations at home, it is exhausting trying to keep all the plates spinning as well as masking the pressure that we feel inside. Having been there myself, I am really proud to be supporting 'We Free Women'. A not for profit organisation who provide funded retreats for those women who for whatever reason just need a break to reset and recharge and to be able to focus on themselves. As part of our support for WFW, 100% of the profit from the sale of the pink or black cord bracelet goes directly to the WFW organisation, and we are also providing a little gift for the women who attend the retreats. Hopefully in our small way we will be able to support women who need a break and the space to reconnect with themselves.
