Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ted & Tallulah

We believe jewellery should be something you buy once, wear often and keep for years. These terms set out the basis on which we sell our jewellery through our website.

When you place an order with us, you are purchasing from Ted & Tallulah Artisan Jewellery

Our Jewellery

As jewellery is made from natural and precious materials, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and appearance may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each piece individual and are not considered faults.

Product photographs are intended to give an accurate representation of our jewellery, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once we’ve received your order. This confirms that we’ve received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch your jewellery and send you a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where, for example, an item is unexpectedly unavailable, a pricing or product description error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£). The price payable is the price shown at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but this will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
